Hidden Helix Labret with Double Chain
A 1.2mm surgical steel internally threaded labret 'hidden helix' with two chains. The bar holding the chain is hidden under the helix. Available in 6mm or 8mm lengths. The bar holding the chains is about 16mm long.
Internally threaded labrets are better than externally threaded as there is no thread to catch on the piercing as you insert it.
